Shipping Costs:

NEW ZEALAND – We use Courier Post (Non-Signature Tracked Courier)
Flat rate non-rural is $8 per order, Rural is $12 per order with Free Shipping available for orders over $150NZD.

Local Pickup Hamilton
If you’re local or need item collected urgently, we’re happy to offer you local pick up. We are based in Flagstaff, Hamilton. You will receive address details via email once your order is ready to collect.

AUSTRALIA
Flat rate is $40 NZD per order. Unfortunately due to delays in international flights we can not provide an estimate for delivery times. If you have not received your parcel within 21 days, please message us. We will not cover any duties or taxes, this is the customers responsibility.

REST OF THE WORLD
Unfortunately at this point in time we do not ship outside NZ and Australia.

Delivery Times:

New Zealand: We dispatch parcels anywhere in New Zealand using Courier Post non-signature tracked courier service. Delivery estimate is 2-5 working days, depending on your location (rural deliveries might take a bit longer). Parcels are sent Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. All parcels are tracked and a tracking number will be emailed when order is complete.

Australia: Unfortunately due to delays in international flights we can not provide an estimate for delivery times. If you have not received your parcel within 21 days, please message us. 

SAMA+KIKI do not take responsibility for goods delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. We encourage you to double-check to make sure your delivery address is correct.

Items returned to us will be done so at the customers’ expense via tracked courier.

Please email us shop@samaandkiki.co.nz for any queries regarding your parcel being sent or wanting to return a parcel and we will send you the details.

Returns:

If you order and receive a FULL PRICE product (except gift cards, sale items & accessories) that you’re not happy with, within 5 days of the product being delivered, please email us shop@samaandkiki.co.nz. We will reply with our returns address, please package the garment securely in a courier bag, including original packaging, garment with tags attached in un-worn condition and send it back to us. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Once contact has been made, the return MUST be received by us within 5 days – no exceptions!  Provided the product is in the same condition which we sent it to you, with all tags still in place and with original packaging, we will happily exchange the garment (if available), provide store credit or refund your payment. Unless a product is faulty or the wrong product was delivered to you, we will not accept any products returned outside of these time frames. 

SAMA + KIKI will not refund the original delivery costs or return freight costs for any product that is returned for reasons other than a faulty product.

SAMA + KIKI is not responsible for your package while it is in transit to us, we recommend you use a tracked courier service to ensure your package gets to us.

Refunds will be credited through your original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to be credited back to you. Unfortunately, the time this takes is out of my control.

On rare occasions, a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Items returned to us will be done so at the customers’ expense via tracked courier.

Sale/Outlet Returns:

Please consider sale/outlet purchases carefully, as we do not offer refund/exchange on sale items.

Please consider these purchases carefully, we do not offer a return/refund or exchange unless these items are faulty, then we will comply with our obligations under the Fair Trading Act. Any item included in our ‘Outlet’ section is deemed a sale item.

Faulty Items:

We hope that you enjoy your new SAMA + KIKI purchase and that it arrives in perfect condition. If the product is faulty – which we apologise if this happens, please email us at shop@samaandkiki.co.nz and make us aware of the situation. This must happen within the first 10 days of your purchase. If a faulty item does slip through we will gladly pay for the item to be returned to us and send you a replacement or a refund.

Trade Me Purchases:

If you’ve purchased from us via trade me please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds/exchange on any trade me purchases.

SAMA + KIKI Rewards is our loyalty program. SAMA + KIKI rewards customers by giving you reward points to the value of 5% on every FULL PRICE purchase. Items purchased in sale/outlet do not accrue Sama + Kiki Rewards. SAMA + KIKI Rewards points can be removed from individuals without notice if management deems it required. If for any reason SAMA + KIKI Rewards will no longer be offered, we will give customers 14 days notice before the program is cancelled. Any changes to the Reward Program are at the discretion of management.

SAMA + KIKI is a boutique brand, and we will offer a selection of our styles to pre-order, so you don’t miss out. If you would like to secure an item, place your order as normal. We will contact you when your pre-order arrives and is ready to be dispatched. Sometimes an item pre-ordered is unavailable due to production, fabric or quality control issues. We will let you know if your pre-order cannot be completed for any reason, and process a refund for you.

Pricing:

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe and interest-free payments with AfterPay and LAYBUY.
