All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST.
You DO NOT need a Paypal account to use the system.
At SAMA + KIKI we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. All payments made through our website are secure.
SAMA + KIKI respects your privacy and please be assured that any personal information you provide us will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any other party. Your e-mail address and telephone number are used exclusively for correspondence regarding your order, and are kept strictly confidential.

Changes to our policy:
If we decide to change our policies, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. Last updated 14th September 2017.
SAMA + KIKI is a boutique brand, and we will offer a selection of our styles to pre-order so you don’t miss out. If you would like to secure an item, just place your order as normal. We will contact you when your pre-order arrives and is ready to be dispatched. Sometimes an item pre-ordered is unavailable due to production, fabric or quality control issues. We will let you know if your pre-order cannot be completed for any reason, and process a refund for you.
We are pleased to offer our customers a showroom in Hamilton. If you’re local you can select to pick up your order from our Hamilton store, just select this option at check out.

Hours: 9.30 am to 2.30 pm, Wednesday through Saturday.
NZ: We deliver parcels throughout New Zealand using CourierPost. Currently you can expect deliveries may take a bit longer than usual, please allow 5-7 working days, depending on your location (rural deliveries might take a bit longer). Parcels are sent Tuesday-Thursday only, to reduce congestion. All parcels are tracked and a tracking number can be provided if required, however all parcels will be non-signature.
Rest of the world: All international deliveries are handled by a tracked postal service through NZ Post. Arrival times are dependent on your location, but it generally takes up to 15 working days. Please contact us if there is an extraordinary delay and we will see what we can do for you.
If you order and receive a full price product (except gift cards, sale items & accessories) that you’re not happy with, within 7 days of the product being received (delivered to you), please email us [email protected]
We will reply with our returns address, please package the garment securely in a courier bag, enclose your name & order number and send it back to us.
The return needs to be received by us within 10 working days of contact being made, otherwise it will not be honoured. Provided the product is in the same condition which we sent it to you, with all tags still in place and your receipt of purchase, we will happily exchange the garment (if available) or refund your payment.
We do not offer refund/exchange on sale items.
Estimated Delivery Times:
New Zealand: We despatch parcels anywhere in New Zealand using a tracked courier service. Delivery estimate is 2-5 working days, depending on your location (rural deliveries might take a bit longer). Parcels are sent Tuesday-Friday only, not including public holidays. All parcels are tracked and a tracking number can be provided if required.
NZ shipping flat rate is $6 per order, with Free Shipping Available for orders over $200NZD
Rest of the world: All international deliveries are handled by a tracked courier service. Arrival times are dependent on your location, but it generally takes between 6-10 working days. Parcels are sent Tuesday-Friday only, not including public holidays. Please contact us if there is an extraordinary delay and we will see what we can do for you. Any charges, duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.
International shipping differs per order, please check shipping costs at checkout.
SAMA+KIKI do not take responsibility for goods delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. We encourage you to double check to make sure your delivery address is correct.
Items returned to us will be done so at the customers’ expense via tracked courier.
Please email us [email protected] for any queries regarding your parcel being sent or wanting to return a parcel and we will send you the details.
We hope that you enjoy your new SAMA + KIKI purchase and that it arrives to you in perfect condition. If the product is faulty – which we apologise if this happens, please email us at [email protected] and make us aware of the situation. This must happen within the first 7 days of your purchase. If a faulty item does slip through we will gladly pay for the item to be returned to us and send you a replacement or a refund.
Change of Mind:
SAMA + KIKI is committed to customer satisfaction. If you order and receive a full price product (except gift cards, sale items & accessories) that you’re not happy with, within 7 days of the product being received, please email us [email protected] We will reply with our returns address, please package the garment securely in a courier bag, enclose your name & order number and send it back to us. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
The return needs to be received by us within 5 working days of contact being made, otherwise it will not be honoured. Provided the product is in the same condition which we sent it to you, with all tags still in place and your receipt of purchase, we will happily exchange the garment (if available) or refund your payment. Unless a product is faulty or the wrong product was delivered to you, we will not accept any products returned outside of these time frames. No exceptions.
Please consider sale purchases carefully, as we do not offer refund/exchange on sale items.
Hair accessories, Earrings, Period Underwear, Sunglasses & Hosiery – Please consider these purchases carefully, due to the nature of these items we do not offer a return/refund or exchange, unless these items are faulty, then we will comply with our obligations under the Fair Trading Act.
SAMA + KIKI will not refund the original delivery costs or return freight costs for any product that is returned for reasons other than faulty product.
SAMA + KIKI is not responsible for your package while it is in transit to us, we recommend you use a tracked courier service to ensure your package gets to us.
Refunds will be credited through your original payment method, and can take up to 5 working days to be credited back to you. Unfortunately, the time this takes is out of my control.
On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition.
We do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items so please choose carefully.

SAMA + KIKI Rewards points can be removed from individuals without notice if management deem it required. If for any reason SAMA + KIKI Rewards will no longer be offered, we will give customers 14 days notice before program is cancelled.
Any changes to the Reward Program are at the discretion of management.
