SAMA + KIKI Rewards is our loyalty program. SAMA + KIKI rewards customers by giving you reward points to the value of 5% on every full price purchase. Your points then turn into discounts for your next online purchase. You need to have a minimum of 200 points to apply the discount.
Spend $200 = Receive 200 points.
200 Points = $10.00 discount (minimum discount applied).
Maximum discount redeemable per order is $20.
To start earning SAMA + KIKI Reward Points all you need to do is sign up to our email newsletter by creating an account online. If you check out as a guest you don’t earn points!
If you sign up and create your own account today, we will give you 100 points straight away!
Note: By joining the SAMA + KIKI Rewards program you are giving us permission to send you marketing communications. If you unsubscribe or opt-out of these, your account will close and any points you have earned will expire immediately.
Once signed up, every time you make a full price purchase linked to your account, it adds to your accumulated balance.
You can earn not points on sale items – sorry!
HOW CAN I REDEEM SAMA + KIKI REWARD POINTS?
In order to redeem your SAMA + KIKI Reward Points for a discount, you need to have a minimum of 200 points ($10 Discount). Once you’ve reached 200 points, SAMA + KIKI Rewards can be redeemed on purchases online (excluding sale items). You simply need to login into your account, add products to your cart and it will display your points balance and your discount amount. You click ‘APPLY DISCOUNT’.
SAMA + KIKI Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash, they can only be redeemed as a discount on your next online order.
You can keep track of your points by simply viewing the ‘My Account‘ page.
To do this, you will need to create an account (which is free) and be signed in.
Choose to redeem your points/discount during your next purchase, or keep accumulating them!
If you return an item you’ve purchased, your points earned on the returned items will be taken off your account balance.
If you return an item where reward points were redeemed on the purchase, your refund will only be for the amount that you’ve paid (excluding the value of the discount).
If you return an item where reward points were redeemed on the purchase, any exchanges will be for the total purchase value (including the discounted value). If you choose to be refunded instead, you will lose these points.
All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to standard eligibility criteria outlined in the terms and conditions section for SHIPPING & RETURNS.
Yes, Sama + Kiki Rewards expire after 12 months. They also immediately expire if you ‘unsubscribe’ from our email communications.
If your purchase was not linked to your account at the time of purchase then it does not contribute towards your accumulated balance, to claim missing SAMA + KIKI Points from purchases please send us an email shop@samaandkiki.co.nz within 7 days of purchase with the details of your transaction, so points can be added to your account.
If for whatever reason we can no longer offer SAMA + KIKI Rewards Points we will give you 14 days notice.
