We are now in Level 3, and are shipping every Tuesday and Thursday at this stage.
Our couriers are really, really busy! Like busier than Christmas so I’ve updated our terms and conditions for Covid-19 allowing for additional days required for parcels to be delivered, as well as allowing additional time for returns to be received by us.
We are always accommodating, so if you have any issues, please email us email@example.com.
Our showroom is still closed, but we will update you as soon as we have more information.
Our updated policy for Covid-19 Delivery & Returns is below, and you can also find this under terms & conditions on our website.
NZ: We deliver parcels throughout New Zealand using CourierPost. Currently you can expect deliveries may take a bit longer than usual, please allow 5-7 working days, depending on your location (rural deliveries might take a bit longer). Parcels are sent Tuesday-Thursday only, to reduce congestion. All parcels are tracked and a tracking number can be provided if required, however all parcels will be non-signature.
Rest of the world: All international deliveries are handled by a tracked postal service through NZ Post. Arrival times are dependent on your location, but it generally takes up to 15 working days. Please contact us if there is an extraordinary delay and we will see what we can do for you.
If you order and receive a full price product (except gift cards, sale items & accessories) that you’re not happy with, within 7 days of the product being received (delivered to you), please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will reply with our returns address, please package the garment securely in a courier bag, enclose your name & order number and send it back to us.
The return needs to be received by us within 10 working days of contact being made, otherwise it will not be honoured. Provided the product is in the same condition which we sent it to you, with all tags still in place and your receipt of purchase, we will happily exchange the garment (if available) or refund your payment.
We do not offer refund/exchange on sale items.
UPDATE – 23rd April 2020
Thank you for your continued custom. We are please to announce that we will be able to operate our online store from Tuesday 28th April as we’re considered a business that can operate safely. For those that don’t know I operate the business by myself, so work alone and can do contactless dispatch to my courier.
We will be shipping on Tuesdays/Thursdays however if demand increases we will increase these days.
Please allow are few extra days for delivery as couriers will be very busy because of the backlog.
I recommend sanitising your parcel once you’ve received it, as we don’t know who it has been in contact with. Looking forward to getting back to normal shortly.

UPDATE – 25th March 2020
UPDATE FROM SAMA + KIKI (Sorry it’s a long one)…
It’s taken me a little while to process all the information and assess and re-assess what to do.
My husband and I, have decided that we want to be socially responsible and Sama + Kiki is not an essential service. I do not want to put anyone’s life at risk which is a real possibility if I continue going into the showroom and sending out orders, that is potentially what I will be doing.
COVID-19 is ruthless, and my livelihood is compromised (along with everyone else) but there is NOTHING more important than life, and I want to see all your beautiful faces fighting fit in 4 weeks time.
I have had some last minute orders so I will ship one last time. Anything ordered before 1pm (strictly) will go on the courier today. After that we will cease shipping for the duration of the lockdown.
You can still purchase from our website but no orders will be sent after 1pm today (March 25th) until it is safe to do so.
I will still be sharing with you all on FB & IG, because I love communicating with you all, content might be a bit different, probably more memes and me rambling, plus daily updates to prove my kids have survived another day …
Lastly, lets support all of those gorgeous humans who are essential services are required to work and unable to self-isolate by making sure we stay home! Enjoy 4 weeks at home with the people you love the most.
